We are senior engineering, not a tier of juniors. We charge hourly because most problems are smaller than a retainer pretends. If you need two hours of work, you pay for two hours. If a project balloons we tell you before it does — not after.
Replies land same business day. Most fixes ship the same week. We send a short written summary of every engagement so the next engineer on your team can pick up the trail.
We don't take large enterprise infra solo.
If you are $100K/month+ in ad spend and need a full team — analysts, project management, a dedicated slack channel — we can help you scope the work, but you probably need an agency. We can refer you to one we trust, or work alongside the team you already have.
