Build & Configuration

  • Track mandatory settings for payments, localization, or content moderation.
  • Record test content or fixture data required for QA sign-off.

Launch & Post-Launch

  • List smoke tests that must pass before publishing updates.
  • Assign monitoring and rollback owners for the first 24-48 hours after changes go live.
  • Archive release notes, change logs, and stakeholder communications.
