Roles to Maintain

• Administrator: Full control over a Plausible site. Share when the collaborator manages configuration or integrations.
• Viewer: Read-only analytics. Use for reporting-only engagements.
• Billing Owner: Typically remains with the client finance team; the collaborator rarely needs this role.

Governance Checklist

• Track which Plausible sites the collaborator can access and confirm quarterly.
• Export the Team list after changes and store it with IAM documentation.
• If Plausible is self-hosted, ensure SSH/database credentials remain separate from analytics logins.
• Record any shared API keys or automation tokens connected to the collaborator’s account.
