Account Preparation Checklist

  • Confirm legal entity, advertiser structure, currency, time zone, and billing contacts.
  • Document access requirements (administrators, finance, agency partners) and log the approval path.
  • Audit existing properties or pixels to determine whether to migrate, consolidate, or create net-new accounts.

Kickoff & Access Workflow

  • Intake the campaign brief, target audiences, success metrics, and creative requirements.
  • Submit access or ticket requests with expected SLAs and notification paths.
  • Outline cross-functional touchpoints (analytics, creative, finance) and milestone sign-offs before launch.

Billing & Budget Enablement

  • Capture funding source (credit card, invoicing, credit line) and set spend alert thresholds.
  • Break down budget segmentation (always-on vs campaign-specific) and pacing or flight dates.
  • Define the reconciliation cadence for invoice review, spend verification, and variance tracking.

Launch Validation & Handoff

  • Define QA steps covering pixel fires, account configuration, and creative approvals.
  • Schedule training or knowledge transfer sessions for client stakeholders.
  • Record handoff artifacts such as playbooks, dashboards, and contact directories for ongoing operations.
